Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Click Cast, provided by jinshuihu. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Service Scope

Click Cast turns your iPhone into a virtual remote for compatible smart TVs on the same Wi-Fi network. Features may include navigation, volume, power, casting, keyboard, touchpad, quick launch, and an optional Apple Watch companion. Feature availability depends on your TV model, brand protocol support, network conditions, and device permissions.

The app is provided on an as-is basis for personal, lawful use. We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time to maintain compatibility and service quality.

Acceptable Use

• Use the app only with devices and networks you are authorized to control
• Do not use the app to violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or manufacturer policies
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app or related services

Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

Click Cast may offer optional Premium access that removes ads and unlocks advanced features such as keyboard, touchpad, casting, and quick launch. Premium may be offered as:

• Auto-renewable weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions
• An optional one-time lifetime (non-consumable) purchase

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings, or via Settings → Subscriptions in the app where available.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices and trial availability may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Restoring purchases is available in the app. Apple handles billing; refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

Local Network, Permissions, and Media

Remote control and device discovery require Local Network access on the same Wi-Fi network. Casting may require Photos permission only when you choose media to cast. Selected media is transferred over your local network and is not uploaded to Click Cast servers for storage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jinshuihu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from TV compatibility issues, network interruptions, third-party services, advertising providers, purchase platform availability, or your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
